Wallingford Master Bath Remodel
This small master bathroom remodel in Wallingford, CT was not without it's challenges. Old wiring and plumbing, uneven framing and more. Regardless, we made sure we had attention to detail and gave a widowed homeowner a new bathroom she can enjoy for years! We did such a great job that we are going back to give her new windows, doors, and siding!

This old garage was an eyesore and the homeowner was contemplating tearing it down but did not want the huge expense. We gave this old structure a facelift and some much needed curb appeal with some new CertainTeed vinyl siding. It was definitely a challenging project as the original structure had 2 additions and nothing was straight or level but we got it done on budget and got rid of this homeowners headache and gave his property a great new look!
Range Hood Install Windsor, CT
The Berchin's are a very nice couple that had recently moved here from Cali into a gorgeous home in Windsor, CT that was a custom home built by a local builder for themselves and there was never a range hood installed. This caused the smoke alarms to go off when cooking so they asked us if we could install one. Of course we knocked it out of the park! Looks great and we enjoyed their company while upgrading dinner time!
This project was a 1/2 bathroom addition to a new homeowners property in Meriden, Connecticut. The house was built on a slab of concrete so we had to install an upflush toilet as there was no access to a sewer drain. We did a electrical panel upgrade and installed a barn door. Overall, the project was a success and the homeowner was happy. That's all we can ask for!
